Talent Privacy Policy

This Talent Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to assist you in understanding what personal information we gather and use throughout the Hiring Process, which includes recruiting, pre-employment screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected online by Quantum Health, Inc. ("Quantum" or "we" or "us" or "our") to facilitate the Hiring Process.

Quantum collects information reasonably necessary to aid in achieving legitimate purposes including, but not limited to, maintaining online sites, improving consumer experiences, acquiring talent, on-boarding, workforce management, and keeping accurate records.

Navigational Information. We may collect navigational information, like domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address, during each user's visit to our online sites. We use this information to gather broad demographic information about users of our online sites, to analyze usage and to improve our online sites. We also use this information to better understand and improve a visitor's experience.

Personal Information. You may provide personal information on application and pre-employment platforms when you apply and are considered for employment with Quantum. Personal information we may collect directly from you as a job applicant or prospect during the Hiring Process includes, but is not limited to, contact information, employment history, education records, and communications with Quantum.

Additionally, we may collect personal information directly from you, as a job applicant or prospect. Other categories of information, described in Table 1 located at the end of this policy, may be collected on occasion. Failure to provide or allow us to use personal information required for our recruiting activities may affect our ability to accomplish the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services (e.g. maintenance, backup and analysis) on our behalf. We do not sell personal information of applicants and/or prospects to third parties, nor do we permit third-party service providers to process your personal information for their own purposes. We may also disclose personal information to third parties as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

We may use a browser feature known as a cookie on our online sites. A cookie is a small data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Information collected from cookies is used to evaluate the effectiveness of our online sites, analyze trends and administer our online sites. With this knowledge, we can improve the quality of your experience on our online sites by recognizing and delivering more of the most desired features and information. You may disable these cookies and similar items by adjusting your browser preferences on your computer at any time; however, this may limit your ability to take advantage of all features of our online sites.

We may be required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order to disclose your personal information, and it is our policy to comply with such requirements.

For your convenience, our online sites may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, advertising, products, services or the content of such websites. Links that appear on our online sites should not necessarily be deemed to imply that we endorse or have any affiliation with the linked websites. We encourage you to review the separate privacy policies of each website you visit.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting revisions on our online sites. Should there be a material change to our information collection and use practices, it will be applied only to information collected on a going-forward basis.

We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational security measures designed to secure your personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. In addition, we limit access to personal information to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties that have a legitimate business need for such access.

We maintain your personal information for as long as needed or permitted given the business purpose(s) for which it was obtained. Criteria used to determine data retention includes (i) relationship status and (ii) as required by a legal obligation to which we are held.

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during the recruitment, pre-employment screening, or onboarding processes. If you are concerned that we may have incorrect personal information about you, please request these changes in writing by emailing [email protected] or by mailing us a written request. If you become employed by us, additional privacy policies may apply, and you are responsible for updating your personal information through the appropriate system(s) of record.

Under state laws, consumers have additional rights regarding their data collected on our online sites. When visiting our online sites, consumers may decline to allow us to collect cookie information during their visit. For all other information, consumers may contact us (1) to request to know what information we have on the consumer or (2) to request that we delete information on the consumer. Quantum will respond to requests to know within ten (10) business days and requests to delete within forty-five (45) days.

  • Upon receiving a request, Quantum will verify the identity of the consumer using a minimum of two personal identifiers, including, but not limited to, name, IP address, date of birth, or email.
  • If Quantum approves a request to know, we only disclose the categories and kinds of information collected to the requestor, but not specific information.
  • If Quantum approves a request to delete, we will permanently erase data on existing, active systems and contact the consumer once the information is deleted. A record of the request to delete may be maintained for record-keeping purposes.
  • All consumers, regardless of how they choose to exercise their privacy rights, shall not be discriminated against.
