WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED
Quantum collects information reasonably necessary to aid in achieving legitimate purposes including, but not limited to, maintaining online sites, improving consumer experiences, acquiring talent, on-boarding, workforce management, and keeping accurate records.
Navigational Information. We may collect navigational information, like domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address, during each user's visit to our online sites. We use this information to gather broad demographic information about users of our online sites, to analyze usage and to improve our online sites. We also use this information to better understand and improve a visitor's experience.
Personal Information. You may provide personal information on application and pre-employment platforms when you apply and are considered for employment with Quantum. Personal information we may collect directly from you as a job applicant or prospect during the Hiring Process includes, but is not limited to, contact information, employment history, education records, and communications with Quantum.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services (e.g. maintenance, backup and analysis) on our behalf. We do not sell personal information of applicants and/or prospects to third parties, nor do we permit third-party service providers to process your personal information for their own purposes. We may also disclose personal information to third parties as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

We may use a browser feature known as a cookie on our online sites. A cookie is a small data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Information collected from cookies is used to evaluate the effectiveness of our online sites, analyze trends and administer our online sites. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during the recruitment, pre-employment screening, or onboarding processes. If you are concerned that we may have incorrect personal information about you, please request these changes in writing by emailing [email protected] or by mailing us a written request. If you become employed by us, additional privacy policies may apply, and you are responsible for updating your personal information through the appropriate system(s) of record.
Under state laws, consumers have additional rights regarding their data collected on our online sites. When visiting our online sites, consumers may decline to allow us to collect cookie information during their visit. For all other information, consumers may contact us (1) to request to know what information we have on the consumer or (2) to request that we delete information on the consumer. Quantum will respond to requests to know within ten (10) business days and requests to delete within forty-five (45) days.
