Working in collaborative teams called Pods, these customer service pros do the important work of interacting with members, insurance carriers and healthcare providers each and every day, both virtually and over the phone. Their goal is simple: advocate for our members and fight for a better healthcare experience – that’s why we call them Healthcare Warriors®.
